"This hotel has a great location. Staff are very helpful and want to help with any request. Very clean, interesting room cleaning options that one can choose. Rooms are on the small size, but include fridge, kettle, and very quiet. Close to a beautiful park for walking, shopping and eateries are countless and close. Great chose at a fair price."

"Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall."

"room is not so spcious but very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Onsen(public bath) is available morning and night which is a great amenity. However, they charge the early check-in, even an hour early like 2500 yen, two hours early - 7500 yen. I asked about a couple of hours late check-out, they will charge for late check-out over 20,000 yen. I was a bit disappointed about 'no flexibility'"

"The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected."
