We were impressed at how clean and well maintained the property was; from the room to each public area we visited. We loved having direct access to the beach, which was also very clean, and that they provide service there as well. We received amazing service from Sergio, Yonni, and Andres. The swim up bar was convenient and had equally amazing service from Antonia and David. Every restaurant we tried was delicious and the breakfast made us feel as if we were dining with family when Gume serviced our table.

This was the fourth time we stay at Fiesta Americana the first time we booked through a travel agency and we fell in love with the way the staff treated us that we don’t even try to find a different resort we always book at Fiesta American the resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel right at home. I’m not good with names and I don’t need to be because everyone at Fiesta American goes out of their way to make sure you are treated like a king.

The property even though it’s old is maintained good the staff was very nice really like the food at la cevicheria it was awesome the head person very good the asian restaurant good but the worst was the buffet it’s very poor in food quality and is lacking on food choices breakfast was the same food every day dinner was worst only for this I would think on going back

Perfect spot for family vacation with little children. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. All staff were very friendly. Only get club room for couple only. Loved breakfast buffet. We went on rainy days therefore the beach was not accessible for 6 days. There was construction so sometimes it was a little loud. Elevator was broken and could not keep up with the flow.of people. On positive side their Spa is excellent. Staff was friendly helpful

We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!

I liked the activities at the pool. I didn’t like that the building was open to the outside atmosphere, thus allowing the hot humid weather to spoil the inside bar, restaurants, hallways, checkin counter, etc.
