The resort is nice, the staff are the best. Only issue, during off season, only single restaurants were open out of 4-5 available. Still we had a great time
This hotel is in serious need of an update. The elevators were dirty, and I found a cockroach in one of the lower-level hallways. The rooms felt dated, with some unappealing color choices. There was also a strong push to attend a timeshare presentation. The food options were limited, but what I tried tasted good.
Wonderful stay, the staff was very attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. The resort beautiful and the beach was clean. My family and I had a great experience
We had an excellent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was great except for the elevator not working, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Me and my bf stayed here for a week. We enjoyed so much of our different tours for four days, great activities, delicious foods, drinks, watched culture Mexican dance and music. Of course the staffs are friendly and helpful. It’s safe, affordable price and I would recommend for everyone.
Great stay, clean room, clean poll area, great beach access and chairs. Buffett breakfast was great. Check in was a little slow and room was almost not ready at 3pm. Would return again. Great restaurants walking distance from hotel and supermarket.
Large pool was amazing - had a small/steep waterslide. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchenettes (2 burners) and supplies were sufficient for cooking and saving leftovers. The poolside service (drinks, food) were great - tip them well!
Be ready to have staff sell you a timeshare from the moment you walk through the security gate to the front desk, and at the beachside chairs. They will be nice but you will have to decline over and over. (This is no different than other resorts in the area)
There were a lot of kids even in the off-season. My main compliant was people bringing their own speakers and played music that were not to my taste at all at levels that I found to be distracting while trying to relax poolside. Bring your noise-cancelling headphones!
Staff were all so friendly, everything was so clean, food was the best I have ever eaten!! Nice quiet, smaller resort. Entertainment was amazing at nights!!
