Everyone at Nawalli were helpful, polite and very kind. The hotel was kept in immaculate condition. I would recommend this hotel and the view from the rooftop pool is stunning.

My partner and I loved our stay in Casa Nawalli. The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained, and had a gorgeous view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We felt very welcomed and safe here. The location was also convenient since it was a close walk to the Malecon, bars, nightclubs, La Capella, and other nice food spots. We went in September during slow season and we had the pool to ourselves which was also nice. 10/10, would definitely recommend Casa Nawalli!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nawalli hotel in Puerto Vallarta! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. And the view was absolutely amazing! Even though is located in el centro is amazingly quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the malecón and zona romántica. Amazing restaurants all around for example the famous La Capella restaurant is right behind the hotel. Very safe neighborhood as well. We loved our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.

I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to.

The staff is incredible!! So incredibly helpful, especially as we were set to arrive the day after the violence in PV. They arranged safe transport from our former hotel, and upon arrival had food for us. The rest of our stay they were lovely and accomodating, and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Fantastic continental breakfast as well

The staff are extremely amenable. The building interior is extremely clean and tidy. The room was well kept and comfortable. It's close to the Malecon, the heart of the action as it were. Got to see whales/dolphins in the water from our view.

Wonderful place to stay walking distance to Malecon restaurants bars lots of good places to eat the employees so nice and helpful they go above and beyond if you need anything. The pool is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset and have a great cold drink. The room was great loved the view every morning.

This was a lovely little boutique hotel that my husband and I enjoyed very much. Quiet location, about two easy blocks down to the Malecon and little tougher climbing back up but you get your steps in! The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and looked after us during what was a very stressful couple of days. We were there when the cartel attack happened and our flight home was cancelled. The hotel manager assured us it was no problem for us to go night to night until we were able to arrange a flight home. There is a restaurant across the street and the food there was wonderful….for those days when you might not want to make a second trip back up from the Malecon after a few margaritas. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with fabulous views!

Location seems difficult at first, but the stairs leading down to the PV malecón are easy...it's climbing back up that can be challenging, but not insurmountable. The hotel is lovely, super quiet (no tv in rooms)...view from the rooftop jacuzzi area is spectacular.

What a Gem!

Great hotel located in a great area, walking distance to everything. It's on top of a hill, so beware of that. Room was incredibly comfy, cute, and beautifully done. Mattress was comfy (super important to me), shower was good as well. Plenty of amenities in the room, mini fridge super helpful too. Breakfast was simple but delicious: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee and tea and all of that with a beautiful view!
