"We stayed there in May and got one of the best room on the third floor. We had a wonderful view of the church and a partial ocean view. The best thing was a location. Just in the middle of everything! Pretty close to the beaches, the Malecon, cafes, a fruit store etc. We could even see fireworks from our balcony every night. The room was clean, the water was hot, breakfasts were amazing, and the staff were very friendly! I definitely recommend staying there!"

"The hotel is nested in the hillside, so you have to go up the street and climb stairs from the beach. But the view of the whole bay from the room balcony is worth the effort. You can cool off in the swimming pool before going up to the El Panorama restaurant on the top floor. There you can not only enjoy the amazing panoramic 360 view of the sunset but also great service and food at reasonable prices. By the way, hotel guests get a 25% discount at the restaurant, but anyone is welcome for dinner."

"Too many bugs in the unit. Staff were generally nice, could speak a little more english and be a bit happier in general. The building must be very old because you can hear everything very loudly. Very hard to sleep especially after you see bug and feel them on you. Some of the staff help improve the experience. Location is good as you can walk from one end to the other end of the malecon. "
