"What an amazing location and what an amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food was great. The location was stunning. All in all, a must go place if you are visiting Rotorua - only about 15 minutes drive from all the action."

"Large comfortable clean rooms, well stocked kitchenette with everything you need. Huge bathroom. Nice place for the price and would certainly stay there again. "

"The property was easily situated in the road in to the CBD and easily walkable to main shops and restaurants. Around a 20 minute walk to Eat Street and less to the Polynesian spa. We had a large room, with amenities. Breakfast was suitable with continental options. Great for a Nespresso pod machine in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay. Parking filled up but we didn’t have issues finding a space. "

"Bottom of bathroom door was swollen with moisture and didn't close properly. Showers were like warm the night we arrived but hot in the morning. Room was hot when we checked in. Apart from this. It was the good room service, late checkout, and breakfast buffet made it worth while. For the price we paid this seemed fair. We would come back again near future."
