"Tired, old property, buffet dinner overcooked, soggy, poor replenishment, limited salads, no dessert 1hr+ before closing, not worth the cost. AC in room loud. Shower in bath, no walk in shower. Ended up eating down the road at Eastwood"

"Nice location, room was good, but bathroom could do with a refurbishment as grout between tiles a bit moldy & a fixed showerhead over a bath is a bit dated (and slightly dangerous without a non slip mat) and don't like fighting with a wet shower curtain. Carpet in some areas of the Hotel was a bit stretched and loose, saw a couple of people trip on it. But on the whole it was pretty good."

"The Black Swan was great stay from Start to finish. We were greeted by the manager upon out arrival, we were shown all of the amenities which were very plentiful. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. They were vey attentive to every one of our needs. I wished our stay had been longer. A special shout out to the manager Star. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here."
