"Spectacular location overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful. The conservatory was lovely to relax with a cuppa overlooking the gardens. Comfortable bed, lovely deep soaking bath. Great breakfast overlooking the black swans in the lake. Wish we had longer than one night. Fantastic service. CJ gave an excellent recommendation to go soak in a local hot waterfall which was a fantastic experience! "

, hot tub and trampoline. They were a bit too big for the playground. This compound sits on Lake Rotorua in a nice residential neighborhood, so felt very safe. There are several homes on the property including the home we stayed in. Home was well maintained and clean. You will need a car if you stay here. It’s close to the gondolas and luge along with Zorbs, but you’ll still need to have a car to get there."
