Plesant staff, ample parking as well as clean bedding and towels but rundown hotel.
Staff and room were great. Did find a cockroach on the wall however it did not change my opinion of the great value when selecting this accommodation.

Disliked: Amenities
Room was large but definitely needed some attention. It looked better in photos than it was.
Pictures imply breakfast is an option, when I asked they said it wasn't and is accommodation only.
Room faced road so was a bit noisy, double glazing may help here.
On plus side parking is plentiful and is a convenient location.
Not at all, all cooking facilities have been removed. Place is dirty and in terrible condition. Black mold in the shower.
Bed head and bed side tables removed from walls with damage visible and not repaired.
Only positive was very comfortable beds.
Rooms were clean, parking is first in first served and a warning for thise that smoke or vape on the premises outside on site its a $250 fine. On check in the cleaners were still getting rid of rubbish and laundry outside the rooms I'm guessing they had alot of guests. No tea towels or kitchen sink for doing dishes or stove top but had a extraction fan. Good for a hassle free short stay.

The room was spacious, had new carpet which was a positive. The bed sheets were tidy and clean. However, the room, entranceway and bathroom were really in need of a fresh paint. It was very dark and

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room and grounds were not in the greatest condition- more old and outdated than anything else. The bathroom door did not shut. The room was really big and the bed was comfortable. There was also plenty of parking in the front and out back. This is a fine place to stay if you just plan on sleeping there- it definitely isn’t luxury.

This is a quiet property, weirdly for being on a main road, it was really peaceful. The kids loved the pool, it is tepid, and the plunge pool is very cold so ideal for ice bathers....the team were willing to discuss my concerns around cleanliness, and had already purchased necessary pieces, so we stayed in the same room as the beds are exquisite...and towels soft..and I cleaned it to what I wanted....they did an extra vacuam and that made the place fab.....the water is warm and plentiful, the beds are incredible, and I would say I have had the best nights sleep in months....so we had around 6 nights in the same room in the end, kids were very happy...there are a couple of really good indian takeaways in the area, walkable distance, a pizza place same, and I think that most of all, we just relaxed....I hope they get on top of their cleaning schedule because then the place would really be a credit....good fridge, plenty of milk and coffee... plenty of parking out the back if you need it...and generally a nice feeling with people there.

An older type motel. It is not a "hotel" - there is no restaurant. It's rather shabby but you get what you pay for. Our unit was clean. The motel manager is very friendly and helpful. He kindly moved us to another room when we discovered that we had been allocated a unit adjacent to the extremely busy main road. It is worth noting that if you book a Twin Studio, they are all located on the noisy side of the motel. There is a pool, which appeared to be in good condition and was being used. On the whole, reasonably good value for money.
Room was dark with bad lighting.
Kitchenette is literally just a fridge and a rangehood. Nothing under the rangehood to cook on which wasnt a big deal but would have been nice to have some plates, knives, forks etc. Only had 2 spoons, one glass and 4 tea cups.
Shower didnt work - was either boiling hot or freezing cold, there was no happy middle ground regardless of which side you had the lever.
On check in, lady was rude, picked up her cellphone and talked on it while we were mid sentence, and was interrupted by someone else while i was making payment where she was talking to them and went to walk out the back without giving me change or letting me know she was going to get change as she was in full convo with the other person.
Beds were comfortable, room was a decent size and suprisingly quiet seeing as by a main road. These are the only positives i could find
It looks like it was used as a Covid accomodation and not revamped. Very much in need of lick of paint and the receptionist said they are having a full overhaul come April 30th, 2026. The sheets were clean and we checked the mattress for bed bugs and seemed all good after scathing reviews of roaches and termites etc.
Pool needed a clean or at least a sweep with a catcher and it would’ve been even better.
Supposed to be a non smoking place but a few were walking around with darts and no effort made to call it out by management.
If you’re after cooking utensils or even bowls there’s nothing to be seen but a couple of cups. A range hood was there but didn’t work and the fridge and freezer worked fine.
It did have a damp odour but we were out of towners so it could’ve been the sulphur springs from nearby wafting through.
It was ok and people were friendly. It is a good spot and close to town I hope they get it up to par for future holidaymakers.
It shows a breakfast bar for patrons but that was nowhere to be seen. It says hotel but felt like it lost itself between that and a motel with most things from both missing.
Master bed had one bedside table. No side tables or coffee tables for cups in the lounge area, no toilet brush just little things that make the place more of an enjoyable stay.
