Definitely recommend and reservations book way out, so book early! And tip: ask for Mark to be your driver... Seriously I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard

Did not find any faults in the duration of our stay , on arrival we were greeted with friendly helpful reception service , couldnt find any flaws with our room very spacious and exceptionally clean , parking was super great , much appreciated Jet Park Hotel , Thank you , I strongly recommend to anyone traveling thru definitely go to accommodation.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed to head to Hobbiton, and the helped recommend we see Te Puia and experience the Polynesia Spa. Good location, town itself doesn’t have much, so wouldn’t expect any more.

This place was okay for a couple of nights. The room was pretty clean. The coffee was good. It's walkable to a few things but after the fact, we discovered the area near the lake in Rotorua. If I had it to do again, I would have found accommodations there bc it's adorable and so much more to do. More of a village feel with lots of eateries, plane and helicopter tours where you can see them land on the lake. It's neat.
