"Great value for money and excellent service from host Iris. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into ..."

Pleasant stay and exceed our expectations!
"We had great one night stay at Peter and Mike's B&B. The room itself is small, but it's clean and nicely decorated. In fact, we like their heating pad which makes the cold night warm and cozy. They also have hot tub, steam room and secluded sun deck which we didn't use. Instead we spent a great evening ..."
"location, location, location. Basically you are in easy walking distance to everything that you need ie. great cafe's (Eat street), shops, and a 20 min walk to the architectural sites. It is opposite but not on the lake. It was an easy drive to all the geothermal sites. Breakfast was excellent. Staff ..."
"When I first booked this B&B, I did so on the strength of the reviews I saw here and another site. After booking, I received a letter from Lisa, the new owner. At first, I thought, "Oh no; this is a totally different person. I hope this is going to be as good as it was under the previous owners." ..."

"This hotel is a beautiful old style hotel. Two large fire places, making the lounge, evening drinks and listening to the piano very relaxing. A couple of nights would have been ideal, however we only had time for one night.
A short walk to some great bars!
A fantastic stop over!"

"We loved our view. I wasn't that keen on the bathroom only being separated by glass doors as it reduced the amount of privacy whilst in the toilet. Our stay would have been perfect if the hotel had a mineral pool."
"Fantastic stay. Great attention to detail and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The view is great and our kids loved being able to feed the different animals that live on the property. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again."

"Property in good condition, uses good quality products, clean. However should have some disposable slippers as dirty shoes walking in from outside. There were show shower curtains on the side but no shower curtains blocking the water even though there were hooks for it therefore water splashed all over the room and you could slip. All in all the room was nice and clean. We will book again. "
