"Loved my stay! It was walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, the hotel amenities were great excellent, and being right on the water was a plus. There is a luau at the hotel a few nights a week. I would stay here again!"

"The pool was chaotic. It appeared that many locals sneak in to play after school or on the weekend. Learned this firsthand from a mother and daughter one day and another father and son the next. Midweek the pool shenanigan situation was mild and overall had an enjoyable time. Unfortunately things took a turn for the wild side on Saturday. Herds of large families (4-5 children of all ages per group) flocked to the pool. Kids were chucking sand and playing loudly. Having loud kids of my own this...

"Their lagoon is the best. Worth every penny. Some other charges caught us by surprise, but I guess they are expected these days. Food at Island Gourmet (at Queens Market ~1mile from resort) is good quality and reasonably priced. Very close to Lava club - excellent for dinner with sunset. "

"Property was ok but in definite need of upgrades and care. The surrounding area is shady at best but could be beautiful if investments are made to buildings, elevators, and electrical systems. The electrical outlets in room didn’t work and were sooty. Overall, needs a redo. "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"Very nice quiet resort. Room, facilities, and especially the pool we're beautiful. They'll try and lure you into a timeshare, but we avoided that. The area around it was very nice and you have full use of all the nearby hilton properties and amenities. The dining nearby was overpriced and underwhelming. The shopping nearby was also incredibly overpriced, drive 15-20min out of the area and your basics are half the price, or better. I would definitely stay again! "
