We moved here unexpectedly after our original hotel lost power, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. The Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. We could walk to everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed but well-kept. Even with the last-minute booking, our stay felt seamless and stress-free. Great place and close to everything.

We stayed here for the 4th of July a day before we checked in to our timeshare. We picked this hotel specifically because we had seen the parade went by the hotel and it has a great little beach. The hotel is very nice and clean. We got 2 free welcome Mai Tais, welcome shell necklaces and option for sand buckets and tools for the kids. The pool is so nice and it’s connected to a shopping center and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants in Kona. We plan on staying here again next year.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was phenomenal, rooms were clean. Only complaint, bathrooms need more hooks/bars for towels, especially if staying with family.
