"Had a great stay. The rooms are exactly as described and perfect for our needs. It was clean and quiet (except for the chatty birds). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: dishes, pots and pans, I even found a pizza cutter. Nice clean bathrooms and comfy bedrooms with clean linens and soaps.The patio is stocked with everything you need for a great beach day. There are boogie boards, snorkels and fins, noodles, umbrellas, chairs, even towels and a cooler.The unit is a little ways back from the road, which means a few extra steps to the beach, but it's hardly a hassle. The pool area is large and inviting with barbecues, plenty of chairs and tables and there is even a pool table and sauna.Only steps away is Magic Sands beach, which is great for seeing fish and turtles. But beware, I do not recommend trying to boogie board or body surf. The rocks are no joke. Just a mile south is a great beach park for snorkeling, surfing or boogie boarding. Grab a meal at the Magic Sand Grill right there or a lighter bite from their beach window.The only thing I might add is cable or an antenna, only to watch the local weather forecast, but everyday was paradise. Expect the same. You can't go wrong and I would definitely book this unit again."

"The Big Island retreat offered comfortable accommodations with a well-equipped kitchenette. Self check-in was easy, and the managers were responsive and easy to reach by text. Parking was tight but manageable. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Kahaluʻu Beach Park."

"Excellent location, very central, easy access to main roads, easily walkable to fantastic swim, snorkel, surf and tasty eats! Literally right across the street from amazing Big Island sunsets on Magic Sands beach. Highly recommend and will definitely consider rebooking here again in the future!"

"The property had lots to offer. The beds were comfy and the lanai was great to sit out on. The property well stocked with the exception of everyday use items to cook with like seasonings, oil, or condiments. In rentals I’ve been at previously, many people leave those items for the next group to use but this one had salt and pepper and that was it. The pool area was clean and not super busy. There was a barbecue area to cook at by the pool which was awesome. "
