"This was my 4th stay at this property. I would give it 5 stars, however in building 18, we could hear from the unit above every time they went to the bathroom, flushed the toilet, turned on the dishwasher or shower. This is the only unit where we have stayed that we had a noise issue. Also, this location has many buildings around and limited parking. Additionally, apparently a work station for the development is also in this area and we heard loud talking multiple times during “quiet hours”. We will definitely come back but will make a request to not be in this location. On the positive side, all the staff are wonderful. We love the pool and especially the baby pool for the grandkids. The restaurant is an added bonus to have on the property. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The sunsets are just amazing from this location."

"Super worth it! Clean room. Coffee shop is great. Restaurant was good but not many options. Staff was really nice. Property was beautiful. The store and the staff in that store were amazing. The only con was no regulating pool area so Saturday night was super busy with young adults and was very loud until the pool closed. We had a room right above the pool and even with the door shut it was so loud. We couldn’t even fit in either hot tub because it was overrun with young adults who were obviously not guests at all. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this resort. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, beautiful views and clean, comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed for my family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we were not at the beach. Having access to air conditioning, beach gear, and laundry was a huge benefit. While quiet hours are posted, they were not followed by other residents during the weekend."

"Fantastic time and a very special place. The semi private beach is perfect for spending a day lounging at the property between island excursions. Nothing like being up with the sun, toes in the ocean and a warm cup of coffee literally feet from your back porch. The air conditioning was a great escape in the afternoons and the beds were cozy. There is a well stocked supermarket a mile away and dining options nearby. I would recommend having a car but there is a bike rental kiosk within a mile. Nearby snorkeling was fun and a great location for newbies."

"Our week long girls trip was fabulous! The location of this rental surprised me. We were directly across from the ocean which I was not expecting. There are houses across the street but we woke up to an ocean view and waves crashing. It's on a bit of a busy street but the view made-up for it. It was just what we needed. Also so close to snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay. I'd never been to Kona so wasn't sure about locations of things but we walked to the bay and enjoyed the snorkeling! Such beautiful fish and easy access. Super beginner friendly. The rental itself was clean. The beds were super comfy. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer and kitchen. The guest pool area is nice and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset from there as well. The only issue we had was some plumbing problems in one of the bathrooms but the owner was on top of it and responded right away and sent a plumber to fix it. This is a cute, comfy little spot tucked away on the ground floor so no stairs to climb and a great deal for the price!"

"We LOVED staying there! It was a beautiful place and the location was great. The unit we were in was back in some overgrown bushes and so sitting on the lanai was buggy. An upper floor would have been better. "
