"Visited during the Kona storm. Was not able to use pool as much as would have liked. The grounds of the property is beautiful even in the rain. Loved being able to watch the dolphins from my balcony every morning when drinking coffee and watching the rain."

"Beautiful property. Room just average. The toilet paper holder is in the wrong place. You cant sit on the toilet without hitting it. Check in can be 4:00. Too late. Latest should be 3;00. Staff very friendly!"

"Unfortunately we visited during a major storm. We still had to pay the amenity fee even though many of their amenities were not offered (e.g. could not access the pool, they cancelled morning yoga, could not take out bikes etc). Only one elevator was working for half a day. Staff worked hard to ensure that the entrance was clean and dry and helped carry suitcases up and down stairs when the second elevator stopped working. "
