Very roomy and comfortable. Clean nice amenities. Could have been cooler. Bedroom was hot. We had a good time and will return. Brandy at the front desk was very nice and helped me out in a stressful situation with booking an extra night when no one else could seem to remedy my situation! Was very grateful! Top floor, no air conditioning if you arrive after 5pm, no a/c, then charge $15/day. No kidding… first time I’ve ever seen that happen. Room was so hot. Room larger and very nice.

Great location in Kona

Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again.

Property was nice, with pool-grills-lawn area, and the view was wonderful - we spotted whales and dolphins multiple times. The lack of HVAC was an issue and the availability of only a single room mobile AC unit (at $15 per day) was not enough for all.
