Thos property was exceptional! Probably one of the best spots we noticed in our travels around Kona. The amenities are amazing, pool is immaculate and the staff was very friendly. We also had a great view of the ocean and all of the nightly manta ray snorkeling. We would stay here again if back in Kona!

The staff definitely showed the Aloha spirit. Very friendly and helpful! The property itself was very nice, incredible views, away from the main part of town but close drive to most attractions. This hotel is the best in Kona!

Hotel room-better than many nearby. Facilities-enjoyable, but not top Staff-feels like they are very tired, also for a very big hotel, they don't provide room service. So you have to do everything. Overall they do have the best rooms in this area.

Majority of the staff unfriendly way to expensive especially the dining options continental breakfast over $30+ totally not worth it best to drive for 15mins to mcdonalds lots of hidden charges and fees

Beautiful resort. My family of 4 had a blast. The breakfast was very nice. The kids and hubby really enjoyed the pool area while I enjoyed the nearby bar.
