"Clean spacious room, welcoming staff, clean hotel, the kids loved the kei kei room and the waterslides. Loved how we had access to the grand Hilton to visit lagoon to see tropical fish and sea turtles. Classes everyday that are included in your stay for example yoga, Zumba and kid crafts! Definitely worth the money, we will be back! "

"Condo was clean and spacious. Reserved a one bedroom and got a two bedroom. The only minor downsize was that the washer broke, but it was fixed right away and the knives were very dull."

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!! The place was exactly as described - perfectly located, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything our family needed, including plenty of child-friendly items that made it very convenient.
