"I really only have 2 complaints. The first and most important is that when the hotel tells us upon check-in for a week stay that the room won’t be cleaned til day 3 of our 7 day stay (which we had NO PROBLEM with) but then get to our room and have ONLY 2 bath towels. Hilton should AT LEAST put 4 bath towels for 2 people. Of course we had to keep calling for more towels which is not efficient for us OR Hilton. 2nd complaint is that at the pool the towel kiosk does not open until 9am. People are at the pool at 8 am and by 8:30 the line gets long."

"It was very nice that people leave their leftover Staples in the fridge and cabinet. It was a very nice property. Water pressure in the shower could have been much better. The handheld shower in the bathtub did not work. Four Seasons could have been more accommodating when it comes to people with disabilities. My husband needed to sit in the shade and could not walk far. I got up early every morning to reserve seats at the pool. In the beginning, this process worked well. The last several days, it was a challenge to keep our stuff from being moved because they did not think we were accessing the chairs. One day it wasn’t that there weren’t cover chairs available, it was because the people wanted the chairs we had. My son, who is autistic, asked workers to help him find a spot in the shade. They did. He came back to find his stuff was moved. We spent everyday at the pool, ocean, snack shack. You should not have to worry that you come back to your chairs and they are being reset. Now, there were workers there who talked to him and helped him quite a bit which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience."
Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort

"We had a fantastic vacation here. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, great staff and service. We had several amazing dinners at Moana, the New York strip was phenomenal, grilled prawns were delicious, the house sourdough bread was on point, wine selection was good. Breakfast at Moana was also great, the French toast and the omelette should not be passed up. We also had dinner at the four seasons one night and it was not even close to being as good as Moana. The beach is a relaxing vibe, never felt crowded, just a serene view with relaxing waves to listen to, we had lunch and drinks at the shipwreck bar, grilled fish Baja tacos and ceviche with Island lagers really nailed it. They have a complimentary coffee bar open at 530 am with fresh fruit and the chocolate croissant was delicious , we did that every morning and worked out in the gym which has everything you need. Only comments which are not really complaints but could be improved, dinner at Kahuwai cookhouse could be better, the burger didn’t really impress for the price, bbq oysters also didn’t impress, needed more flavor on both, seems a missed opportunity for them to not have wood fired pizza or just a more bbq over fire focused menu, we would have loved that. Overall I would give it a 10/10, we will come back and plan to visit other Rosewood resorts after this."

"Very nice home, would comeback. Pros - home layout, stocked kitchen, awesome views and outdoor pool area. Has beach chairs/gear. Easy walk to shops and food/coffee.Cons- hard to think of any - I guess the beach nearby (walkable) was good for small kids or water sports, but no waves so plan to drive to other spots if you want to biggie board."

"Beautiful property - right on the ocean with a great view. Pools are nice, the fish ponds are cool to walk through, and there’s places to walk to for dinner. The A bay beach is average, but there are amazing beaches to explore 10 minutes away."

"The area was really cute with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit was nice and clean. The access to the beach club pool and beach was great. No view of the ocean though. We had a few issues with our unit that I reported to our host. Overall good."
