"Beautiful views, nice rooms, and daily housekeeping were definite positives. The resort was a bit too large and not very stroller-friendly with all the bridges and stairs, and the tram often had long waits. Nui Italian had amazing service and a great atmosphere, but food and extras around the resort were very overpriced. Nice experience, but probably not a place we’d stay again."

"AC was good. Location was excellent. Hotel could use some TLC but not bad. Wish there was some better laundry service. Bed was a little “springy” but not terrible. 4 stars for the value. "
