"We had the best stay. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view from the balcony. Funny thing to review, but the elevators were amazing! So quick. Laundry room on site was very convenient. The luau was excellent. I loved the
beach right outside the back door with the little cove where I could practice snorkeling. The pool was great if we didn’t want to get sandy. Delicious food at the pool bar too. It was a great stay, I would definitely stay again. "

"We found The Big Island Rereat to be just as good as the pictures! It was easy to find right off Ali'i drive. Check in and out were both very easy. We stayed in the
Ocean View room which was just as advertised. There is no AC which is in the room description so there was no surprise. Ceiling fan and to other larger standing fans kept the air moving through the room. There is a common area which has
beach chairs to use and some snorkel gear and boogie boards as well and an outdoor kitchen...
