The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. "From the first day we booked to the day that we left, we received almost immediate responses to every question we asked. As usual, there were a couple of arrival difficulties, but the host quickly took care of those. The house is beautiful. We were able to walk to the point and watch the waves and even some whales. They also made great suggestions about restaurants and supermarkets in the area."

The patio was quite private, shielded with a tall bamboo hedge. However, that also made it feel a bit hemmed in with no view of grounds or scenery. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night.
