Handy to motorway and great launching platform for Albany and North Shore. Coffee Club off foyer is great, not having to go looking for the morning kickstart.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Liani in particular was exceptional. She assisted us on numerous occasions throughout our staff and even assisted with making sure we were able to get the best rate that was appropriate for our stay and our group. Her customer service skills were second to none. I believe she was from South America (possibly Chili). Wherever she's from, the quality of her training and upbringing really showed through. If we are ever in the Auckland/Albany area of the world we would highly consider as well as reccomend the Ramada by Wyndham. Thanks again Liani, you did a great job. Sorry it took me so long to respond to the survey. Life got a little hectic after returning to the States.
