We take pride in our rooms and will use your feedback to improve our services. We have noticed that you are still upset about the car park charges, even though the refund has already been processed. Our website clearly displays the rate of 30 per night for parking. However, during your visit, you insisted on paying only 20 and caused a commotion at the reception. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to refund you the difference of 10. Please note that we require payment upon arrival as we are not open 24 hours.

It takes some time for them to send us the report for the call reports of the previous night. Hello Nick,Thank you for your feedback. Due to the long weekend our working hours had differed, however our after-hours team was still on call. If required, they would have assisted. Car parking charges are clearly mentioned when you make a booking, hence it is quite impossible to miss it.

Thank you for your feedback. Our elevators are under annual maintenance check which needs to be undertaken for smoother functioning. We apologize that you found it difficult, however, please state the actual facts when posting online. Our housekeeping staff were the ones who helped you with the luggage, and they were the ones who assisted you the entire time. This situation is not under our control, however, we try our level best in helping our guests, which includes carrying their luggage to their room or giving them a room that is on the lower floors.

We have two levels of car parking space available at our property, it is not designated to any room and any guest can park as long as they have their parking slips in place. If you have trouble finding a parking space, please inform the reception and we can happily guide you to the available spaces. All our windows can be opened from the inside.
