Great Retreat
A great place for a break - special touches and a comfortable, clean and laid back feel. Very near Little Oneroa and Dragonfire Pizza and a bus stop just down the hill. Walking distance to town. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay on Waiheke
Thank you so much to Astrid for the beautiful stay on Waiheke, this little self contained apartment is so spacious, with separate bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Space was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed, loved the little personalised touches. Super close to a bus stop so easy to get to from the ferry, highly recommend for your next stay on Waiheke.

Really accommodating provider
Astrid really goes above and beyond. She obviously has a love of art and has decorated the bach beautifully. It was a great little place, had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the privacy of our little outdoor BBQ area.

I had an amazing stay at ‘Four Seasons in One day’ recently when I visited Waiheke Island for a wedding. The location was perfect and the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Waiheke Experience!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon. Super close to the Oneroa beach and town centre. Very kind and thoughtful hosts with wee treats for our arrival - we’d love to come back here on our next North Island trip. Loved the book recommendations, just wasn’t there long enough to finish them! Would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island for a few days (or longer) 😁

A great place to stay.
We have just returned home after 4 nights at “Four Seasons in One Day”. It was a perfect place to stay; roomy, spotless, private outdoor area, comfortable bed, good shower, easy parking, everything one could want. The hosts, Astrid and Marcus, were very welcoming and helpful. We recommend this place very highly.

I was on Waiheke for a wedding. Lovely flat to stay in and lovely Landlady and didn't see Marcus> When I arrived there was lovely little touches to welcome me. I would recommend 4Seasons in one day to anybody. Thankyou Astrid.

Details make a big difference.
This place is a gem. Conveniently located, it has all you need for a nice stay. Very well furnished and decorated with an artistic touch, you feel at home. As a bonus, you are offered some well-thought possibilities to bring the artist in you and leave a mark on your stay. Well done Astrid. We will come back.

3 nights at Four seasons in one day
It is a very comfortable and peaceful place to unwind. The owner added extra touches such as breakfast cereals, eggs, orange juice, cans of drink and small sweet treats. It was good that Astrid visited us one evening. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and I’ve now booked for my husband and myself to stay for four nights in December.

Perfect Holiday Home
Astrid, Marcus and their two cats could not have made me feel more welcome. They have created a beautiful home to relax in. So many personal and thoughtful touches including fresh fruit from the garden and a hot water bottle for the colder nights (I was visiting in June). The location is perfect for beach walks, local restaurants and even a great yoga class. Travelling alone I really appreciate hosts who go the extra mile and they did. I would definitely stay here again.

The bach was very cosy and mostly clean. Found one cup in cupboard that still had a coffee stain but washed that one! The bed was very comfy and the pillows too! Lovely comfy couches. Astrid was easy to communicate with. Went for some lovely walks, steep road to walk back up then the driveway so good work out! Thought it was over looking the beach but wasnt however we were there for a wedding so that didnt matter. Good and close walking distance to shops, only took 8 mins to the main shops and cafes 😊

So sorry about the coffee cup! Mustn't have checked them after last guests put them away, totally my mistake. You do get a peak of the sea from the front deck (high tide) but neighbour's trees are slowly growing into it which on a plus side gives us heaps of birds 😊 Glad you had a great wedding and walks. Hope to see you another time and I'll make sure to check the crockery!

Great location, not far from the beach. Host made us feel welcome lots of extras. Weetabix, cold drinks, made some delicious biscuits too. Bed very comfy. Had a delicious meal at Three Seven Two and a really bad experience at wai kitchen, hostile, indifferent staff.

We loved the little cottage and the interesting and amusing quirky messages and also thoughtful items e.g. mosquito repellent to name one . We loved the fresh flowers and tasty snacks , and Astrid who was so helpful and friendly even doing some grocery shopping for us and meeting us off the ferry . Our hosts made us feel very welcome. We arrived at the house to find fresh flowers in a vase, cans of drinks, fresh milk, orange juice, cereal and other little personal touches. The house was neat, tidy and clean and in a good location, close to shops and beaches. Would stay there again!
