good location and food for breakfast was decent. The food was never hot, but just slightly warm. Pastries were good though and coffee was excellent. Wish there were more fruits and juices specific to Thailand. Rooms were good, but more modern updates could help.

Excellent hotel to stay at and well located close to the beach.

Indoor facilities were good. Outdoor bathtub was not that clean and I didn't use it. The staffs were friendly and kind. Check in and out were smooth.

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day. It was a pleasant stay. Absolutely incredible stay – already missing it! We had the most amazing time here and feel genuinely sad to be back home. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with refreshing air conditioning that made all the difference. Breakfast was a real highlight – an exceptional spread with dishes from around the world and so much variety. Both pools were clean with cool, inviting water, and the entire resort was immaculate and peaceful. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the beach and pier lounges – such a perfect spot to unwind, have a drink and watch the sunset. There's also a charming little town just a short walk away, full of restaurants and a few shops, and it's super easy to book boat trips from the island. This has genuinely been the best holiday I’ve ever had, and I’m already planning to come back next year!

Our four nights at Cordis in a Club room was made perfect at the lounge, with its lovely view of Hong Kong particularly at sunset, where a wide assortment of afternoon tea treats plus nightly drinks and canapés were served. Special mention goes to the lounge staff in particular Crystal (who went far and beyond to make our stay a memorable one) and Mahen (who made us feel very much at home). Beyond the lounge was a bright, spacious and beautiful room with various amenities. The icing on the cake for me was the 18/20 metre heated lap pool on level 41, which I thoroughly enjoyed at 7.30 am.

I had an excellent stay from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations. My only suggestion would be to make the bathroom a bit more accommodating for international guests by adding a hand shower, jet spray, or bidet to the toilet commode.
