Generous amount of space in each room which is a real luxury in Tokyo. Loved the rain shower and the bath along with the great toiletries.
Well located for Department stores. Some nearby construction underway but this is Tokyo. Minimal intrusion,
Beautiful new hotel; artistic lobby with huge chandelier and live music part of the day; artistic room with comfortable down pillows and blanket; close to main Ginza shopping and dining; friendly bellboys greeting at the door; helpful concierge helped make dinner reservation. Would definitely come ...
Beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden. The hostess at one of the restaurant on the 3rd level was not accommodating at all. Overall the front desk and check in staff and outdoor bellman and friendly workers in the front are super nice!
Excellent hotel with impeccable service. Would stay there again. The views from the balcony of the Imperial Grounds were priceless
Hotel is located close to Tokyo station, without feeling like it is located close to Tokyo station. The staff were amazingly friendly, and very accommodation of our 1 year old. Rooms were clean, and had all the up to date facilities expected in a modern hotel. Extremely worthwhile staying there.
Great staff and breakfast! Very convenient location
The location is superb, the station gate is right in front of the hotel’s side door. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and spacious. I just love everything about the Tokyo Station Hotel.
Good location for shopping & entertainment. Friendly staff and nice roof top bar.
