Great staff and property. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to assist in any way.
The hotel was beautiful !! And the location was great for the purpose of our trip. Only thing that sucked was that we had to call the front desk 3 times about the same noise complaint before they did anything about it
The staff are very friendly. The place is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax. A little far from D’mall
Pricey but worth it. Highly recommended if you prefer luxury coz they have everything you could ask for.
Service and staff are always top notch. A little disappointed in the room cleanliness this trip. Under the desk and window sills were not clean. Coffee container only had sugar and dirty dishes outside door were left for a day. I’ve stayed many times and this wasn’t the norm
Spent a night here to catch a morning flight out of Manila. Good enough for an airport hotel, small room, clean, and friendly staff. Don’t count on any shuttle bus because it takes forever, just take a taxi.
Such a pleasant stay. Everything onsite without needing to leave and go out.
Great location...very clean...pleasant staff very professional.. only draw back when got into the room was an empty fruit basket/ tray. Breakfast buffet has wide choices but they were either too salty or too sweet.
