"Very Good Hotel in Central Location"
As everywhere in Tokyo, hotel rooms are small, but the rooms here are well decorated, clean and well equipped (including fridge, coffee/tea-making facilities and comprehensive toiletries), also humidifier, controllable air conditioning, wifi, wlan. A big plus for me - you can open the window to let in fresh air! Good mattress. Huge TV screen (too large for the room IMO) and you have to pay for watching anything at all, but I didn't come to Tokyo to watch TV, so I didn't care. Breakfast: lots of good Japanese food plus everything to make a fresh salad; the European foods (croissants, canned clementine segments, sweet, very fatty toast and sweet yoghurt) could be healthier and more natural for me (I'd have loved some wholegrain bread and cereal), but I just had salad instead. Excellent access to Narita Airport (the end station for the Keisei Skyliner is just across the street; it's the Keisei-Ueno Station, not to be confused with the much larger Ueno Station, which is a further 6 minutes on foot ). In walking distance from several nice places - Ueno Park with many museums and monuments, Asakusa with temples, amusement park and shopping (traditional crafts and modern stuff), Yanaka Ginza, a lovely quaint traditional neighbourhood and so forth. From the Ueno Station access to everything else - very good location altogether. The daily housekeeping did not seem to include cleaning the bathroom; I could have done without new towels every day (for environmental reasons).

"Nice Hotel adjacent to the airport."
The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. I liked the fact that the hotel is located in the airport itself.

"6 days 5 nights stay"
I think for this hotel is really value for money for its location. Given that Japan hotel are usually small, Size for this room is 11 11sqm , but if you are two asian small built, i think is okie, still can move around abit. People should not complain that the room is small, the size of the room is already mention upfont so you should know what you are booking, dont blame the hotel. If you find the hotel abit warm during winter cause they only have heater, just open the toilet door and its solve. the toilet is very clean dont worry. They use shiseido product for shampoo, conditoner and body wash, u dont even need to bring any toiletries. Toothbrush are lable in different color so you dont get mix up with your partner, first time i feel hotel really put in effort to such extend, even their towels are different colors so you know who is using which. They have hot spa on the top floor for free, but i didnt get to use it cuase too busy shopping and eating, will try it next time. the spa room is seperated by gender so dont have to worry.

"Excellent hotel, perfect for a night of comfort"
Spent my last night in Japan here and couldn't have had a better experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you want a night of luxury before heading home and you can get an airport shuttle bus in the morning for the same price as an NEX ticket.

Nice Japanese business hotel. If you're not used to the lack of size it'll be a shock but it's still a really nice place.

"Good location and friendly staff"
Stayed here on last night in Tokyo, arriving late from the JR station (shinkansen part). Make sure to check directions BEFORE you try to walk there so that you exit from the correct part of the station. We walked for a long time in the cold with heavy bags and it was tricky to find. However, the location is great (close to everything) and staff were helpful. One of the staff checked how we could use our JR rail pass to get to Haneda and printed out the schedule. We also got a timetable for my Mom, going to Narita. They also gave us a small bag as a gift. I actually liked Shibuya better because I found it less chaotic but if you want to stay in this area, I'd recommend it with no hesitation.

"Lovely hotel, convenient location, friendly staff"
I've stayed here on 3 occasions now, and will not hesitate to return again. This time the whole reception area (and the breakfast room I think) had been renovated, it looks very swanky. The rooms themselves are typical Tokyo sized, but very clean and they provide toiletry essentials as well as yukata and slippers. Staff are friendly and polite, and location is fantastic - just walk 15 minutes in one direction and you're in Roppongi with restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes the other direction you reach the Metro, with access to 3 different lines so you can go all around Tokyo with ease. The station also has some shops and small restaurants inside. However the road the hotel is on is actually really nice and quiet. Beds are comfy. Free bottled water available in the reception.
