"Nice modern design and love the set up of the room"
Very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was clean and had everything there needed to be. Glass panel between shower and the room added a major brownie point! Also there was the option of rain shower head - absolutely loved it! Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Will definitely stay there again next time.

"Cheap Hotel with Adequate facilities"
I have stayed at the Pudu Plaza twice. The rooms and bedding are kept clean and are adequately comfortable. The area around the hotel is not particularly upscale but there are some decent little restaurants. The water pressure in the shower is adequate but not exceptional. As with many cheap hotels the fixtures that hold the shower head up are not properly maintained and since they are made of plastic, tend not to work well. Usually you can jam a piece of plastic bottle or something in the fixture so it stays in place. The showers also leak water on the floor. Set the shower head so it sprays towards the wall and don't bother laying the bathmat down before you take your shower. Just let the water that leaks from the shower go down the floor drain and then use the bathmat to dry the floor after you have finished your shower. The concierge named Gary Leow is a really, really nice guy and does his very best to help fix any problems. If you are an anglophone, Gary's English is quite fluent. On my first trip I had a windowless room which was a bit claustrophobic and the wifi signal wasn't very good. I had to take my laptop to the lobby to get a decent signal from the wifi. On the second visit I had a room with a window and the wifi signal was good. All in all the hotel has faults but is worth 100 ringgit per night if you want a cheap hotel. It is also right next to the Pudu LRT station (the city's above ground Metro system).

"Very new hotel and got a superb view at 5 1st flr"
The place is very new and looks like we were the first one to use the room at 21st floor since it opened 3 days ago only at the time we checked in it was still ongoing furnishings and minor touch ups at the common areas. 5 1st floor is a must see view of Petronas towers and KL towers with an infinity pool and gym. Good stay but need to highlight these few points that needs to be improved First, I booked for 2 br with 2 king size beds but I got 1 with queen bed the reception didn't even bother to inform me that I didn't get what I have booked. Second, the Air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was not working so I called the reception but seems like the person who answered doesn't understand English and just hang up on me so I tried to call again few more times but no one was answering anymore.

"Nice Hotel close to Monorail & major shopping cntr"
our basic room was a bit small with a tiny window and "wall to wall" bed which meant that one had to cross over the other partner if you wanted to get out of bed. Room rate included breakfast and the range of items for breakfast was excellent. The lobby had an excellent pastry and coffee shop.

"Excellent hotel near petronas towers"
A wonderful hotel in a central location. Offered an upgrade to club status for a very good price. This allowed us breakfast, afternoon tea in the club lounge with all day soft drinks, coffee and tea and cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. We also had a room with a great view of the petronas towers. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and would do everything they could to be of assistance. The level of cleanliness was very high. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast provided for all cultures in a buffet style however could have been hotter. A buggy is available to take you to the petronas towers although it is about a 10 min walk. It is possible to get from the hotel to Bukit bintang through indoor walkways which can be a relief from the heat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The bed is spacious. But the parking lot is the most terrifying - too small. It will be OK if you're moving around using public transportations

"Good Stay - Basic but comfortable"
Was on a short getaway for 3D2N. Finding the hotel was easy as it's quietly tucked at the corner along Jalan Bukit Bintang. Staff was friendly and efficient during the checking in and out process; could see that they have all the expected guests' bookings ready. Was done in less than 5 minutes for both checking in and out. Booked the standard room with two single beds. Room was basic but comfortable and clean with some toiletries; good considering the price paid. Despite the minimal amenities, the stay was comfortable enough. Hot shower is available for the room booked. Can't open my room on the 2nd day with the card but staff was friendly and quick to fix the issue. This hotel is perfect for those: - staying for a few nights in KL; - would like reasonable hotel price for a 3 star hotel which provides basic but comfortable room; - who would like shop at places such as Low Yat Plaza, Sungei Wang and Berjaya Times Square. Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion are within walking distance as well. Overall, hotel exceeds expectations for a 3 star hotel - will stay again.

"Would like to say 4 star hotel "
It was a brand new hotel!! So every thing is nice and clean, and fresh. The price was sooooo nice for what you get. The room I stayed at was Superior King Bed Room. The room was so bright with a lot of lights at night and the bed was really comfortable to sleep as they stated as premium bedding. The hotel was a bit outside of the central Kuala Lumpur, so the city view from the hotel was very nice. You can have it from your room! They even deliver the local newspaper written in English at the door every morning. Overall, I loved to stay at this hotel.
