"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"I’ve stayed with ENA both times I’ve visited SK and I would most likely stay with ENA again whenever I’m back. The rooms are clean, the staff are super nice and helpful. It’s in a very central area so I can always go get what I need quickly. There’s plenty of food and shops nearby. There’s a bus stop and subway station within a couple minute walking distance. Hands down a great place to stay. "
