We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. I recommend it highly. We stayed in the executive tower for 3 nights. The staff is attentive and available to deliver top service. The amenities include pool, sauna, shopping and golf. The dining options are very high quality and varied. The rooms are elegantly decorated with attention to detail and many extras. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel.

Fantastic. Perfect location to walk to palace, Canal, Tower, shopping etc. all our meetings spots for tours booked were short walk. Hotel was fabulous. Recommend to anyone and would stay here anytime in Seoul.

The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The hotel sits on top of a vast food court below and shopping mall. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything was so convenient. We will stay there again if we ever return.

Staff is amazing super helpful, and friendly. The building itself is not well maintained. The hotel has 2 parts: one is the main building, the other is the executive side. If you stay in the main building, the rooms are rough and look like 80s hotel rooms (it’s definitely not 5 stars). The executive side was better maintained.

Great stay in a Lovely Hotel. Warm and professional staff from the front desk to the concierge team. In the center of Séoul . Very clean hotel. Amazing five stars Hotel.
