"Quick 3 night stay on a budget"
Did a quick 3 night stay in Saigon to catch up with some friends and found the Anpha on Expedia doing the under $100 per night search and chose it due to location, Overall I loved the little hotel and teh room was great. Everything was new and spotlessly clean. The only issue I had was finding a power socket free to plug in my iPhone charger - had to move furniture and take a light out to use the socket. But as said - all round this was excellent quality for teh money and the location downtown almost opposite the main market is perfect.

"Nice hotel for it price"
We planned to stay one night and decided to stay one more. Our room were upgraded to the next level room that we paid for. Breakfast quite good for small hotel. First night we stay in a room that had room key number piece made out of paper instead of thick clear plastic. As a result, non of outlet in our room worked. We did not know. Wifi was weak, not usable.

"Good Location"
We spent three nights here; its location was perfect for walking everywhere (if you don't walk the taxis are very cheap anyway). Room was excellent and staff helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and set us up for the day. English was good with all staff.

"Good location!"
I think that the location is excellent! However, the hotel owner(s) should fix the low water pressure and hot water. I did have the problem with air conditioning three times in three days. They fixed immediately, but apparently it had problem. The breakfast was adequate and enjoyable, not as some people posted. I do like the hotel, but those problems need to be fixed.

"Nice free laundry service"
I stayed in a twin room with a single bed and a double (written "VIP" on the door, though I booked a standard room). The room was spacious compared with other hotels of the same rank I've stayed in HCM City. Best of the hotel's "4 free", breakfast, laundry, international call, wifi, is the laundry service (I didn't make an international call). They do laundry of one shirt + one pant + underwear per each person per day (they will charge for the extra). This is very helpful for a budget traveler. Breakfast is't a buffet but a choice from 5 or 6 menus. Wifi was a little slow and sometimes lost connection (it depends on the room). Most of the staff were nice. The location is not bad, easy walking access to the city center and not too noisy or busy. What I didn't like so much about the hotel is that their policy was not clear. I found about the basic information only after I had asked questions such as the maximum amount of the free laundry, how the security box works, their system of keeping the passport for a day, etc. Their emails address on their website and the business card doesn't seem valid. Though I had emailed that address to get an airport pick-up, I got an error message saying my email wasn't delivered. So I had to get a ride by myself.
