"Luxury Tokyo Hotel With Sublime Service!"
I recently stayed at The Palace Hotel Tokyo for 3 nights. It was everything that one would expect from a 5 star luxury Tokyo hotel. The hotel is located near the Imperial Palace, and is in the business district. There is an entrance to the Otemachi subway station directly from the lower level of the hotel which is very convenient. Everywhere in Tokyo accessible by the subway system once you become familiar with it (it initially seems complicated, but isn't). The hotel's design is modern understated elegance. There is modern Japanese art displayed throughout the hotel. There are several excellent restaurants located within the hotel, but they are a bit pricey (but on par with other Tokyo hotel restaurant prices). The fitness center is well equipped and open 24 hours a day. The service at The Palace Hotel is excellent! All of staff from the front desk to house keeping are warm and welcoming. I have read other reviews that the service was not up to the level of the multi-national hotel brands, but I did not find this to be true. The service was warm and friendly while being very prompt and efficient. I had reserved a Deluxe King Room on a Club Floor. The room was quite large and very clean and comfortable. The Club Lounge offered Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Canapes and Cocktails every evening. The Lounge Staff was amazing! I would highly recommend The Palace Hotel Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo.

"Centrally located yet quiet"
As with the other reviews the service is impeccable. I have stayed in many a 5 star around the world but never had such attentive service. The reception might not seem as grand as the name or history of this hotel implies but it is huge, shiny and very smart. I only say this because of other reviews. It wasn't an issue for me. The hotel rooms are not styled in a modern way but more from colonial days but nothing faded everything was super smart. The hotel bathrooms are great, modern, the shower and bath superb. The room sizes are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I loved the white pyjamas provided. The hotel is conveniently positioned for strolling, for trains, a walk in the park across the road and those delightful restaurants under the arches along the trainline to Tokyo station. Try the Japanese interpretation of italian. Food is to die for.

"MAGNIFICENT and PRICELESS"
Awesome view of Tokyo Bay from above the world. The Lobby check in is on the 28th floor and we stay on the 34th floor. We booked Club Exec room with city view and they upgrade us per our request the view of the the Tokyo Bay. My wife and I are very impressed with the service all the staff gave us and I really mean they do go above and beyond. This is Mr. Hilton finest and worth every single penny we paid . Highly recommended. They even took the time to sign us up for Hilton Honor Membership, made reservation for us at he Lobby Bar Lounge for the evening with special seating and last but not least help us catch a taxicab so we don't miss our 1st Narita Express train out of Tokyo Station to Narita Airport for our early morning flight out of Japan.
