"Large hotel with excellent facilities and staff"
The Nikko Hotel is a bit large for my taste but for a relaxing hassle free night before catching a flight it's perfect. The staff is wonderful, so is the spa and its location to Haneda airport. I didn't try the restaurants but I'm sure one of them would be OK - the Teppan-yaki "HAMAYU" restaurant in the neighbouring hotel is otherwise great.

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

"Amazing hotel and staff in perfect location."
My wife 9 month old daughter stayed at this Four Seasons from August 1-7th 2015. The hotel is nestled in off the Main Street around the corners from Tokyo Station. The location is perfect to explore Tokyo and you can get a Shinkasen to almost anywhere in Tokyo (or Japan) from Tokyo station. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept, the staff are just amazing. We were treated like royalty, and our daughters every need was looked after. Our room was double booked on the first night but the staff went out of their way to make up for it. The staff always helped us with booking our tickets on the Shinkasen and walked us to our departing platform, they even picked us up upon our arrival to make sure we made it back without issue. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel or its staff, everything was just perfect!

"Modern luxury"
We had a great stay at this hotel. It's only slightly removed from the fun parts of the city (being in a government district), however being close to the metro it is still very convenient. This is a great modern hotel with a fantastic minimalist approach to luxury comfort.

"Beautiful, Grand Old Hotel"
We sadly only spent one night at the Imperial. Our room was lovely: sitting area, huge walk in closet, fluffy slippers, great staff, turn down service, lovely yukata, bathroom delightful, sheets beautiful. Plus, this grand 1923 hotel was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and withstood the Great Kanto Earthquake. Location, is excellent. Hibya station is right outside the door and you are walking distance from Tokyo Station, Maranouchi, The Palace, tons of stores.

"Excellent hotel and service"
The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The room and hotel were wonderful and the morning breakfast was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Tokyo tower and subway stations. They also have a shuttle to Narita airport that is convenient and much less expensive than a cab.

"Luxurious experience in Tokyo"
This is simply a perfect hotel experience. The quality of facilities is impressive, the rooms are spacious and opulent, and the view from rooms is amazing (rooms start from 42nd floor and up). Those that have seen the Lost in Translation movie will recognise features of this hotel in the movie, but it truly doesn't do it justice. We travelled with 2 small children and the rooms/staff accommodated all our needs- baby cots, bed guards, quiet rooms, children's toiletries, bathrobes, and even small pyjamas. The kids were extra excited about new toys and snacks that were waiting for them in the room. The hotel (buffet) breakfast was decent. But at the end of the day it was the staff that accommodated for every request with great enthusiasm and commitment. Put simply, they treated us as if we lived there.

"Shinjuku is a great, central location for touring"
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! My husband and I stayed at Hilton Shinjuku on a recent vacation. Our room was very comfortable and well maintained (décor and cleanliness). We were in a room on the 33rd floor and our view was spectacular. But the most wonderful aspect of the Hilton was the staff. Every single person on the staff we interacted with were spectacular; so kind and helpful!! We don't speak much Japanese so the impeccable English spoken by all staff at the concierge desk was very, very appreciated!! I would stay here again on any future trip to Tokyo.

"Great hotel, feels very traditional"
Loved the hotel, coming in you have a great lobby welcoming you with a beautiful tree. Staff is extremely friendly and our room was very elegant and clean. Only downside is that there isn't all that much in the immediate neighbourhood in terms of facilities for shopping or breakfast, but you can walk to Roppongi-Itchome subway station 8min (?) to find some nice food places and get the subway to get into town.

Awesome view of Tokyo Bay from above the world. The Lobby check in is on the 28th floor and we stay on the 34th floor. We booked Club Exec room with city view and they upgrade us per our request the view of the the Tokyo Bay. My wife and I are very impressed with the service all the staff gave us and I really mean they do go above and beyond. This is Mr. Hilton finest and worth every single penny we paid . Highly recommended. They even took the time to sign us up for Hilton Honor Membership, made reservation for us at he Lobby Bar Lounge for the evening with special seating and last but not least help us catch a taxicab so we don't miss our 1st Narita Express train out of Tokyo Station to Narita Airport for our early morning flight out of Japan.
