"Very comfortable and well run luxury hotel. "
Really comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. Easy to get on to the subway and short travel time to almost every point of interest in Tokyo. Located in Diet area so not a lot of action near the hotel - but that can be good in a city as lively as Tokyo!

"Great Tokyo hotel to consider"
Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Excellent in every category. It does not have a subway or train station within the hotel complex but the local stations are a very short walk away and the main Tokyo Station is just a little bit further. We walked to the main Tokyo Station most of the time because it was so easy. Typical for Tokyo, food is expensive. Keep that in mind as you budget for any trip. We booked multiple day excursions and our pickup location was at the hotel lobby area. Very convenient. If you like shopping, the Ginza shopping district is another short walk away.

"Excellent first trip to Tokyo"
The hotel was excellent overall and relatively close to the incredibly efficient, clean and safe Tokyo Metro. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, including answering a couple of pre-visit emails very efficiently and with lots more useful information than originally requested. Facilities were very good including the excellent views from the 37th floor cocktail bar. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

"The best hotel you will EVER stay in"
After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. We were led to our room by another polite member of staff who asked us if we needed anything. It's worth noting here that you actually receive a silver key to unlock your room opposed to a card. The room was large with an amazing view. There's an ice bucket in room that is replenished every day, well stocked mini bar, robes and dressing gowns as well as complimentary bath salts and toiletries. The room amenities were second to none. We left the privacy button on one day and housekeeping rang our room to discuss whether we wanted it cleaning yet which was excellent. The staff themselves are on par with the room amenities. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they treat every guest like royalty. It was the most pleasant stay in a hotel I have ever had (and probably will ever have). I would highly recommend if you're staying in Tokyo to make this your first choice as you will not be disappointed

"Outstanding and easy access to train "
This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and ready to help. They understand basic English and will go the extra mile to make your stay your best experience ever. Definitely will book this hotel if I come back to Japan. The rooms are big and very comfortable. In addition you can take the free Shuttle to Shinjuku Station which comes every 20 minutes.
