"Cross hotels are an excellent chain in Japan after staying with their sister property in Kyoto I chose to stay in the Osaka one. It's an awesome choice since it's right around the corner from the main Dontonburi street and Dondondonki right across as well. A short walk away from Namba Station for getting around Osaka as well without issues. Only downside was the rooms were smaller and a bit hard to open to large luggages at one time - not a big issue, since this is normal for Japan. Check-in/Check-out is an easy process with their kiosk systems and their staff is extremely helpful and nice - would stay again. "
