It’s okay - a bit more run down than the pictures. Restaurants are decent. Good location - 5mins taxi from the shopping village and restaurants. Room was nice and big. Staff could be a lot more friendlier and pleasant

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive feels like my second home every time I come back. From the amazing night bar crew, entertainment staff, and incredible service, they always make the experience unforgettable. The energy, hospitality, and attention to guests truly stand out. 8.5/10 — We really enjoyed Secrets Mirabel Cancun and would return. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained. Preferred Club felt worth it: the room was gorgeous, the preferred pool was quiet, and the sky bar was perfect for sunsets. As someone who doesn’t drink, I still found it very peaceful. Food was mostly great. The Japanese restaurant was the highlight, along with the lobster and pea risotto at Olio. Daniel Uribe at Bordeaux was excellent. Some fish missed the mark, including a gummy sea bass at Bordeaux. Breakfasts and lunches were fine, but standard all-inclusive fare. Coco Café was the customer service highlight. Monica, Ivon, and Andrea remembered our coffee orders daily and were so kind. Alfonso, our concierge, was also excellent: helpful, attentive, and never pushy. The main downside was inconsistent dress code enforcement. Twice we were rudely sent back to change despite following the stated dress code, while others were seated in flip flops or wet clothing. As a male-male couple, it was hard not to wonder if we were scrutinized differently. Management handled it professionally, though a bottle of wine fell flat for non-drinkers. Lunch options could improve, and the Unlimited Vacation Club pitches felt too aggressive. Still, we’d return for Coco Café, Alfonso, the preferred pool, and the sky bar.
