"Everything except the check in process was great.they need to update their system and streamline the check in, or at least allow online pre-check in, like in cruises. The staff, food and drinks were all excellent! We want to come back, but really hope it doesn’t take 2 hours since we arrived to get into our room"

"Overall the property is stunning! Great amenities and so spacious. Had a fabulous time. A few items I wish was available: 1) Food by the pool instead of only drinks. 2) Face/body washcloths should be automatically available in the bathrooms. Had to call every day to request since housekeeping took them away each time. 3) Ventilation in the bathrooms is needed. 4) Door by the shower would be nice."

"Great place to unwind. The only thing is the lack of a sandy beach, but we did make great use of the pool by the beach side, and the restaurant on the beach is a great place to enjoy the evening. the staff are very friendly, and they do their best to ensure you are enjoying your trip. Thanks for a wonderful vacation."

"This resort is a truely 5 star.Beautiful and clean,great service and delicious food options without needing to make reservations.Great nightly shows.Beautiful rooms and swimout was a plus. Only down side was pools and swimouts close at 8pm which is very early and they could use more games and activities throughout the resort like board games,table games and casino. Staff was kind and nice.Overall great adult resort."
