It was a huge facility. The beach and pools were great!! Great gym and flowrider. The evening entertainment wasn’t very good. The buffet food was average and the desserts not very good.

Excellent resort. Clean, well maintained, and safe. Staff was great and very attentive but fewer staff members spoke English this time than in previous stays. The food was excellent, especially the a la carte restaurants. The Italian restaurant was the best and our waitress, Natividad, was awesome. The ocean water was rough but plenty to do by the pool and around the resort.

For a resort depicted as a family resort I was not expecting my 6 and 8 year old to be served alcohol and then when brought to managements attention they brushed it off and I had to do my own investigation to prove them wrong and yet they still didn’t seem to care. The stay and resort was great however management when dealing with issues was atrocious.
