"The hotel was clean and had everything you could want, we paid a little extra for a premium room and breakfast and both were well worth the extra, especially the breakfast which was a great start to the day. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."

"A good spot for catching the train, and seeing sights. I would recommend getting a bus pass if you don’t feel like walking a long ways. The 1 star loss is because of how much you can hear the other rooms and clunky lock system. I always hate when there’s no secondary lock on the door since idk who on staff have keys."

"At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable."

"The breakfast was good. And the early service is great if you need to leave early. Maybe more fruit. But really, it was really good, and the breakfast is still 11h am, which is good!"

"Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct. Pas de minibar ni de climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui fait partie de leur démarche écologique. Nous avons toutefois trouvé quelques cheveux sur les oreillers, les draps et dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Mis à part cela, l’établissement est bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique"
