I booked this hotel for 2 persons, but few days before our trip, a friend of mine, was injured during the accident and get to the hospital. And at the day of our arrival she supposed to be at the hospital again to take the stitches out. Thats why we needed to cancel our trip. Few days before arrival I was sending the e-mails to all provided addresses of the hotel, I was texting on the Facebook and WhatsApp. I tried to do all I can to reach to the reservation team. We even called them. They tried to redirect us all the time from one person to another till the check-in date. I’ve asked the hotel representatives to move our reservation to any available date they can offer us. But nobody got back to me and I’ve lost more than 600USD. In few months I went to Vienna and booked this hotel again. We stayed there for few nights. We’ve got a room upgrade but for extra cost, and I liked it very much. Delicious breakfast with good variety of food. Amazing restaurant downstairs and great location. The hotel is much better than Ritz-Carlton right on the other side of the street. The only one issue - is the hotel team and front desk manager. She was unfriendly and didn’t try to help at all. I asked her to call general manager of the hotel to talk about this situation and situation with my previous booking. Nobody got back to me next day. Silence. After that, I’ve already booked this hotel for my friends twice.Because I liked it a lot. But I still disappointed also.
