Everything is stunning! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was big and had good pressure. They gave you robes and slippers also! The view is very pretty and the room came with a safe and fridge. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Great room,shower and bed. Location is in a quiet, street not far from many sites although you will need close public transit to ge to many sites. Size of room is fantastic and rainfall shower really great after long flight.

We spent 4 nights and had a fabulous time. Cannot fault the hotel. The location was perfect for the trams and the U. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was wonderful value. The hotel is a short walk to the Parliament and museums. There are lots of great cafes and restaurant nearby which are not touristy. We would definitely return.

Just spent 8 days at the Rathaus Wine and Design. Sad to leave as it was starting to feel like home. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is situated close to the inner city but back on a quiet street. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Best location, personnel and breakfast ever

Best check in experience I’ve ever had, with the most welcoming and smiling personnel. Room was spotless, they upgraded our room and the breakfast is simply amazing. Location was even better than we thought, close to all the beautiful sites. Absolutely recommend and now our “go to” when back in Vienna.
