"One of the best"
From the moment we entered this lovely hotel, we were impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to upgrade our room to a river view and was glad we did. The room was amazing. There were two queen size beds with plenty of space around them, then a little step up on to a seating area with chairs, table and a desk. The room had a safe, mini bar, tea making facilities, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom was amazing, very big and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bedlinen was luxurious with cotton satin pillow cases. We were in room 140 on the ground floor and can honestly say that once our door was closed, we never heard another sound, consequently both of us having a good night's sleep. The breakfast was one of the best. There were cooked options of bacon, sausage, scrambled or friend egg, beans, hash browns, as well as selections of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cakes, salads and bread. Staff in the restaurant worked very hard to keep everything topped up and tables cleared very promptly. The food in the restaurant was equally delicious. We had the rib eye steak with all the trimming, well presented, cooked and scrumptious. After dinner, we sat outside in one of the pods drinking cocktails. The outside furniture was cosy the big cushions and even blankets for our legs. We spent another couple of hours in the luxurious spa and sauna. In whatever area, staff were only too pleased to be pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100

"Nice but going through renovations"
The location is very convenient and the rooms are nice but the hotel is doing major renovations so many of the rooms are being worked on with noise and a strange smell on some of the floors. One major item is that the indoor pool and sauna are not available which is not stated on the website which was very disappointing. The staff was very nice about it and offered the use of the pool and sauna at the Ritz which is about a block and a half away but that was not convenient if you want to use it at night since it is still quite cold in Vienna.

"Pleasant aparthotel close to St. Stephen Platz"
A pleasant apart-hotel in central Vienna barely five minutes away from St. Stephenplatz. Although booked as a hotel, the room was actually a small self-catering apartment with kitchenette complete with all utensils including micro-wave and coffee machine. It is not actually a hotel, but part of a resident block with the reception on the first floor (mezzanine) and the apartments on other floors serviced by lift. The hotel has no restaurant and breakfast facilities are offered at €10 pp in a cafe' some 150m away from the hotel, or ordered in the room the previous day ... breakfast is not something the hotel can boast of.

"Average hotel in the suburbs"
This is a rather large "live-in" hotel, like an Extended Stay in the States. The Lobby was nice, staff helpful with quick check in . There are umbrellas in the Lobby to take which came very handy as it was raining. We had a double bed (two beds pushed next to each other, but typical of Europe ) room, good enough size with a small kitchenette . Fridge had 2 waters and 2 beers , complementary from the hotel every day - very nice touch ! The decor was outdated , carpet had some small stains by the door, and curtain had some fraying .... It didn't effect our comfort . The area is quiet, no noise at night! There are couple of markets right next to the hotel where we bought pastries in the morning as breakfast was 15euros... Location is a bit far from the touristy areas but public transport is around the corner and it takes you about 25min to get in . Very very convenient . Overall a good stay and would probably stay again.

"Very clean, modern hotel . Excellent location."
The hotel for my needs was perfect. Lovely hotel, colour and theme throughout is very classy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a very nice size and are extremely clean. (Standard king size room). We did not chose to have breakfast at the hotel. It would have been nice to have attended the buffet but at 25 Euros it was not beneficial for myself as I am vegan. Although very willing to cater for my needs, I chose to buy groceries from the bio- market situated across the road next to the Meidling HauptstraBe U-bahn station -which is absolutely wonderful. I went at every opportunity that it was open. (Sunday closed) =( There is a complimentary 24 hour gym at the hotel which my partner was very grateful for. Using the Meidling HauptstraBe U- bahn just across the road -(closed on weekends/public holidays) or the Langenfeldg station 4 minutes away in the opposite direction is very convenient. All in all I was very happy with our stay. I would definitely return without a doubt.

"Peaceful hotel right in city centre"
Had a lovely stay - very nice room with a balcony, friendly staff, great breakfast and incredibly quiet for a hotel so close to the city centre. The only thing that slightly surprised us was the graffiti in the street outside - seemed very incongruous for an otherwise nice area. Would definitely stay there again though.
