Perfect location for a citytrip. Next to Westbahnhof with all the public transport lines you need. Really nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. It's a clean and nice looking hotel. Rooms a average but clean and good in size. We didn't try the breakfast.

Staff were excellent , air con was poor , beds were not very comfortable and just the one pillow let to a poor nights sleep . Location is excellent with plenty of amenities nearby with excellent transport links .

Little bit outdated but otherwise great. Easy connections to city and main train station (westbahnhof is just behind the corner). Also lots of restaurants/cafes nearby and spar (crocerystore) is next door.

Stay was good, air conditioning did not work, could choose when we had room cleaned and towels changed. Service was friendly, good location. No iron or kettle in room but there was a vending machine and coffee machine in reception where you can pay for coffee or tea

This property was perfect for our weekend. The only downside we experien ed was the there was no in room tea facilities. They did offer free drinks in the common area, but times applied and it was during the day when most people are out exploring.

Nice hotel, great location

This hotel is in an excellent location. At the top of a very busy shopping street, with bars and restaurants all the way along and off the side-streets too. The cities underground has stations around the corner, tram lines and stops outside. All museums and main tourist attractions are within a 30 minute walk (maximum), including the main Vienna city centre. Staff are pleasant, rooms clean and the hotels restaurant does a solid breakfast. Really cannot complain about this hotel, and it's locality.

Average hotel, cleaning service could be better

Hotel is in a convenient location with access to public transportation and shopping/dining. The breakfast buffet is good although for some strange reason they are cleaning the hall at the elevators and restaurant entrance each day at exactly the busiest moment. While I stayed there the room was cleaned only once (in 4 days) even though I asked it to be done more often. Probably the mould on the bathroom ceiling is a consequence of this. Still, the beds are clean and comfortable and for sleeping the room serves it purpose.

Intercity Hotel has the perfect location to stay in Vienna!! Lots of shops and restaurants within a very short walk. Public transportation is also extremely close!! The room was exactly what we needed, and was clean and safe. We did have one issue that was not addressed. There was a leak in a ceiling vent. When the leak started, there was a steady stream of water for about a minute. This started on our last day there. We showed staff a video of the water, as it would happen frequently. They said they would have house keeping look at it. But nothing was done prior to our check out. The water woke me up several times during the night. I wish something had been done.
