"We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends. "

"Staff was great, room was spotless though the bed was very high so if you have accessibility issues watch out for that. They have a great location as well close to shops, food, and some museums."
"Lovely hotel with staff to match who really cared about your stay. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms clean tidy and brilliantly put together making the stay perfect "
"Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast "
