"The location and service were excellent . The rooms were dated and in need of an update however I understand that is underway and unfortunately the hot tub jets weren’t working during our visit which would have been very nice after a ton of walking. I can’t speak highly enough of the service, it was fantastic! Would definitely stay again, the location was perfect for the activities we had planned."

"This is a very nice hotel in an artsy/boho area of Vancouver. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The nearby water taxi made getting to downtown a pleasant adventure. Staff was excellent, with the exception of one restaurant hostess who refused to let us sit outdoors for cocktails, in spite of the fact that it was nearly empty and more than an hour before last call. As a hotel guest, I shared my frustration with the front desk staff, who quickly intervened, and the restaurant MOD brought us a nice appetizer with her apology. We enjoyed a couple of rounds at a delightful fireside table, and retired to our room before closing."

"This hotel is newly renovated and they did a nice job. The staffa re also very nice and helpful with suggestions for local sushi! However, it is not started anywhere that I recall, that the toilets are located inside the showers. This makes for very wet feet if you have not been warned ahead of time to bring shoes to wear when using the toilet! It's an add arrangement that I have never seen! The walls are also super thin so you can hear absolutely everything that the neighbours are doing, watching on TV, or saying to each other. When someone comes in late, you can hear it and it wakes you up. Sadly, I did not sleep very well as a result. Not their fault. It's reasonably priced and a good location!"
