"The hotel is nice but for the same price I would stay across at the faitmong. It Took 1.5 hours to check in. We were told that our room was not ready and to come back when we received a text, which was totally fine. When I came back, there was at least 60 people in line to check in or waiting for keys. I ended up phoning the hotel and I was told to “skip the line”. So I proceeded to the front and then was told I would have to line up. After almost 45 minutes they had helped maybe 4 people. I called the help line again and was told the same thing. I said there was a huge line up and that it was unacceptable to only have 3 people at reception for a huge cheerleading event. I was told it was an “expected event”. Varsity cheer is planned a full year ahead. "

"The elevators were down to one for the West Tower and it took over thirty minutes to get an elevator that was overloaded with people. This situation was not ideal after flying across the Country and exhausted."
