Quiet place, well equipped kitchen and private patio to enjoy on the sunny days.
The space is 750 sq/ft with a large master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. Family friendly, secure parking spot, and well equipped to provide a wonderful stay in Vancouver. TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, Large patio available with both sitting and dining area, as well as a barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends.

A great walkable location and comfortable quarters!
Three college room mates spent a wonderful three nights enjoying music, great food all close by. Underground parking was a plus! Helpful directions and friendly owners. We'd go again.
The place is really cute, great location to access downtown and touristic attractions.
The place was spotless and really quiet for being in a busy street.
Communication with the owners was fast and effective.

Perfect Starting Point for exploration of Vancouver
We were totally pleased with the accommodation. It’s truly quiet at night and perfectly well equipped. Shops are around the corner and restaurants are not far. Would recommend it any time again!
When I saw the location on a busy road I was worried about noise, but the apartment is in the back and was very quiet. The hosts let us into the apartment early so we could drop off our luggage and take advantage of a rain free day. Close to an aquabus stop for easy hop on hop off traffic free tour of False Creek and Granville Island.
We had a great stay. We would have loved to take advantage of the super cute outdoor patio however the atmospheric river had other plans. Another comfy chair inside would be great but we probably wouldn't have used it had the weather been different.
Ro and Ana's place is charming and quiet. It's right off a main road, but tucked into a cute, gated complex. The instructions that were provided were incredibly detailed and I had no issue getting into the area/apartment and using the provided parking space within a garage. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the cozy vibe of the apartment as well as the wonderful location with close proximity to downtown. The bed was so comfortable and it was the perfect home away from home for our trip!
cute and clean in great location for exploring Vancouver
My son and I stayed here for just two nights between Xmas and New Year. The place is small but clean and has the kitchen implements needed to cook basic meals. The beds were comfortable and the complex is secured by key. The location is incredible. We were able to walk along the Sea Wall to Granville Island as well as downtown (over the bridge) for a movie. Groceries and restaurants all available within a mile of walking. Beautiful park right across the street. Despite being on a heavily trafficked road, the apartment is quiet.

Wonderful apartment! Check in was easy and check out instructions were clear. The only feedback that I think of is that some direction for what to do with recyclables. We left it on the counter and are hoping that was ok!
The stay was great overall. I booked it because of the patio but the weather was a bit too chilly to use it. It would be great in the summer. The beds were comfortable. The living area is a bit small, with only the couch for seating, or the table and dining chairs. The garage parking was great to have. The road in front of the condo is a busy, major thoroughfare, but faces woodland. A nice walking trail goes over the street, and takes you into the park and seawall area. Very walkable neighborhood.
Very well equipped and surprisingly quiet for the busy street that the unit is on. Impressive private patio off the living room and/or bedroom. We would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed the easiness of thos location. The water taxis are close and took us everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed the property as well. It was great for our family with a cozy little outdooe area. The space was quiet and safe.
