This is a perfect hotel when you need to be close to a hospital (2 close by) for a family member. Owner was always available to meet any sudden change of plans or meet any other needs.

Very nice place to stay. We had 3 couples in our group and all appreciated we had our own bathrooms. Convenient location, we took an Uber to Granville Island one evening and then took another Uber down to where we caught our cruise ship. We would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed the lovely breakfast as well.

Very comfortable clean and cosy. Mostly quiet with some traffic near by. Great neighbourhood for walking. Close to transit, good restaurants and shopping. Even our bank was near by. Great breakfast itoo! Would highly recommend!

Great location, a few blocks from the skytrain. Charming house and room. Excellent communcation and easy check in/out. Very comforatable bed, with lovely balcony. Some fixtures a little dated but overall a very enjoyable stay.

I was in the area early and I appreciated it very much that I was allowed to drop off my luggage before my check-in. As I had a stressful day, the room was a very welcome and comfortable refuge for me. Had a good night rest and breakfast was superb.

Nice little B&B in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things within walking distance. Only complaint I had were that the furnishings in the room were a bit dated and that the walls/floors are a bit thin so you can hear people moving about.

Located in a neighborhood beautiful tree lined sidewalks, classic old house. Our basement had a two bedroom bathroom kitchenette so it was really great for a family, but we have moved past that time in our lives.

Pros: Great Breakfast, off street parking, location Cons: Room had dirty walls and carpet, burnt out light bulbs, shower scalds if someone flushes a toilet, sink is beside bed instead of in bathroom, chipped, old furniture and bedding, yard had a car in it that has probably been there for 10 years and a boat.

We have 4 people. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are excellent and ready to help. Breakfast is just awesome with different types of eggs for you to choose. All are cooked immediately according to your requirements. The chefs incharge of BF are marvelous. In sum, an enjoyable place to stay in Vancouver.
