"We loved our stay here. Felt completely safe on hotel grounds and while there was a certain rusticness to be expected from huts without completely closed walls, we didn't have issues with bugs and the property was remarkably clean. Would absolutely stay here again it was amazing for the price and unbeatable location right on the beach. "

"Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! "

"We loved our stay here! Friendly and helpful staff and such a beautiful property. Location is excellent- walkable to Tulum Center or a very quick taxi ride. Also very easy to get an affordable taxi to the beach areas. We also both got a relax massage during our stay here and really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend and we are actually looking to come back sometime in the future. "

"The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at a great price! Highly recommend. There are other hotels nearby where you can also walk to dinner if you wish to change your scenery at dinner or lunch. Also, this place was good for people looking to relax or families- not a party scene."

"This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been to, It’s so relaxing, Everything is so pretty and it makes you feel connected to the jungle and the sea The only challenging thing was that there Weren’t any lights in the bedroom, which is nice to disconnect and have a different experience, but after two nights with no light it isn’t that much fun. Still, I will go again many times, Highly recommend"
