"Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made my whole stay so incredible. The hotel was beautiful, the jungle vibe didn't feel cheesy and the plants were beautifully maintained. The hotel really was gorgeous, the beach was beautiful, but the people make this hotel great. Couldn't recommend this place enough. "
